Deep, dark blue sea

I drowned in the deep, dark blue sea;
Where the sharks swim in a frenzied motion
And the currents hammer my lifeless body;
As the life ebbs out of my soul and
My blood turns cold,
My heart cracks like a broken glass.

Up above the frisky waves bounce gently under
The burning sun,
Clouds float passively across the sky.

What regrets do you have asks the inanimate mind,
“None” I reply that was the life I had and I can only say thank you.
