"May those who curse days - Curse that day, those who are ready to rouse the Leviathan..."
Not Gabriel's wings upon swollen skies,
Nor Neptune's crown that pitched the waves,
As oars sort to stir the breath,
Awaken Lotan from it's depth,
It's form that rose too quick to seek,
300 miles but still to miss,
With limbs that struck out longboat sails,
And teeth near engulfed Jonah's Whale,
Panic struck amidst the deck,
Harpoons that flailed the stormy air,
And men who gasped against their fate,
As the bowls of the ship break,
Canst thou draw out the sea beast?
Enter this day into the jaws of the Leviathan!
Bloodtide,
Enter this day into the jaws of the Leviathan!
It struck with force too great to tell,
As men and thieves both drowned alike,
Sights that nay Midrash conceived,
Of Lord who made and killed its Eve,
No stars took out but flame awoke,
My mind so dark but notice took,
The sharp features of distant light,
Where men and Gods both die alike,
A crew far under hunters moon,
Whereof they passed to other worlds,
Too soon for me, as I survived,
The beast that fled left me alive
Canst thou draw out the sea beast?
Enter this day into the jaws of the Leviathan!
Bloodtide,
Enter this day into the jaws of the Leviathan!
